Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We ship to most PIN codes in India through our courier partners. You can check delivery and Cash on Delivery availability for your PIN code on any product page before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days. Personalised items (name, car number or Malayalam text) may take 1 to 2 extra days.

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days after dispatch depending on your location. Express delivery uses the fastest available courier and usually reaches within 1 to 3 days in Kerala and major cities.

Delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays or events outside our control may extend these timelines. We will keep you informed.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free for orders of Rs 499 or more and Rs 49 below that. Express delivery costs Rs 129. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices include GST.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive the courier name and tracking number (AWB). You can follow it any time on our Track Order page or in My Account.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on most PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

Liquids and fragrances

Car perfumes, diffuser oils and cleaning sprays are packed leak-proof and shipped by surface couriers, as some air couriers do not accept liquids. This can add a day or two in remote locations.
