godsowncars.com is operated by Eastern Treads (PLACEHOLDER legal name) (GSTIN 32ABCDE1234F1Z5 (PLACEHOLDER)), PLACEHOLDER Building, MG Road, Kochi, Kerala 682016. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Refund policies.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep your phone secure and do not share OTPs with anyone; we will never ask you for an OTP by phone or message. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Products and prices

We describe products and show photos as accurately as we can; colours and finishes may vary slightly on different screens. Handmade and printed items can have small natural variations.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place the order.

If a product was listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a PIN code cannot be served, or we suspect fraud; any payment made is refunded in full.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.

A GST tax invoice is issued for every order and can be downloaded from My Account or your order confirmation.

Personalised products

For personalised items you are responsible for the text you enter. Please check spelling, especially for car numbers and Malayalam text. We may refuse text that is offensive, impersonates an official authority, or breaks the law.

Vehicle stickers and accessories

Follow the Motor Vehicles Act and local rules when fixing stickers or accessories to your vehicle. Do not cover number plates, lights or the driver's view. Professional and safety stickers are for genuine use only.

Intellectual property

Our designs, photos, text, logo and the Godsowncars name belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kochi, Kerala have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
